French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Thick sliced toast

  • 2 Large eggs

  • 1 cup Aunt Jean’s whole milk

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • Pinch of salt

 Method

Preheat pan/skillet over medium low heat

In a large bowl, beat eggs with vanilla extract, milk and slat.

Soften butter on pan. Take bread slices and coat in batter. Place on pan/skillet until properly browned. Plate with a pad of butter, and any toppings you like. (Powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit, etc)
