Aunt Jeans Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
8oz. Elbow Macaroni
28 grams of Butter
½ Teaspoon Mustard Powder
2 Cups Aunt Jean’s Whole Milk
Ground Pepper to Taste
2 Cups Shredded Cheese (we recommend Cheddar and/or Gruyere)
Fresh Dill to Garnish Optional – For the Real Deal, pop in the cream from your Aunt Jean’s bottle!
Instructions
Boil that Mac! Al Dente!
In a saucepan, melt the butter (stir))
Add milk & bring to a simmer (keep stirring)
Add Mustard powder & black pepper (a bit more stirring!) Drain & add macaroni
Slowly add cheese while stirring. This is where the cream from the bottle comes in handy
READY TO SERVE!
Bonus points: top with a bit more cheese and panko bread crumbs, pop it in the grill @ 200c until golden brown bubble form on top!
