Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup softened butter
2.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cane sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Method
Preheat oven to 190 C and prepare a cookie sheet with butter or baking paper.
Combine Flour, baking soda and salt in a small bow.
Beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar, salt and vanilla in a large mixing bowl, until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Pour slowly into the flour mixture. Next, two in the chocolate chips.
Scoop cookie dough onto baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheet for a couple minutes, then move to cool.
Enjoy with a glass of Aunt Jean’s milk.
